We’ve talked before about the current trend of Live. Work. Play developments. Now we get to take this a step further and contribute to the planning of one!
Asbury Park will be welcoming this new modern neighborhood, Asbury Point. Asbury Point will bring to fruition the vision of a forward-thinking owner, a progressive city and many talented design professionals.
Asbury Point will be located directly adjacent to the city’s train station and City Hall. This neighborhood will contain 125 beautifully designed apartments, 6200 square feet of retail and commercial spaces, 15,000 square feet of recreational amenities, along with a dramatically improved streetscape to create a true Live, Work, Play environment.
WJH collaborated with an incredible team providing surveying, grading, stormwater management, sewer design permitting, public testimony and streetscape design. We did this all while coordinating with the city and Monmouth County to develop a project that all participants are extremely proud of and excited to begin.
