Mr. Lau’s responsibilities as Director of Land Surveying for WJH Engineering include client liaison for construction layout, boundary and topographical mapping for site developments, boundary line retracement surveys for the NJDEP (Green Acres Land Preservation), route surveys, road and bridge construction layout, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, updating municipal tax maps and construction layout of site development infrastructure, bathymetry and hydrographic surveys.

Mr. Lau performed the boundary survey and the DOE land acquisition 20-point check list for several schools, and has also worked on various land development projects for commercial and private entity clients.

Edward attended Middlesex County College and received his surveying certificate from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is an active member of the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors, Central Jersey Chapter, National Society of Professional Surveyors, and the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping.
