His vast background covers everything from land design, construction, scheduling and budgeting, grading, and drainage.

Douglas has worked on projects that include site plan, subdivision, and roadway construction projects for various municipal and private entities.  These projects entailed drafting, design, and execution.

Douglas graduated from his undergrad studies at Syracuse University, later moving to Monmouth College for the MAT program, then Temple University for the MPA Program, and finally onto Rutgers University where he studied city planning.
