Joseph has over 30 years of experience as a project manager for land development projects and is responsible for conceptual design and approvals to completion. He also provides landscape design services for all office projects including, but not limited to, recreation centers and clubhouses, community parks, foundation planting designs, and more. He performs all wetland delineations (field and permitting), Environmental Impact Analysis, and Phase I Environmental Audits.
His past experience and knowledge with design and management of a 100-man construction company enables him to provide quality service and efficiency for the progression of all projects. He understands the permitting and certification processes required to bring each project to completion.
Mr. Malison is a graduate of Cook College with a B.S. in Landscape Architecture and is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the American Association of Nurseries, and the New Jersey Farm Bureau. Joseph serves as chairman for boards such as Chesterfield Township Environmental Commission and Chesterfield Township Planning Board.
