Jonathan is one of our CAD technicians with over 10 years of experience in the fields of surveying and
civil engineering. He started out as a foundation inspector in LBI around the time of Hurricane Sandy,
during which he quickly learned the trade. Jonathan has a wide range of skills including flood plain
management, concrete and modular retaining wall design, site design, utility design, and surveying. Jonathan is also a licensed Autodesk Professional.

Based heavily in the Jersy Shore, Jonathan has worked on many notable projects with leading industry
professionals. These sites include Beth Medrash Govoha, Cedarbridge Commons Plaza, The Monmouth
Racetrack re-development, The Asbury Park waterfront re-development, and Fun town pier on the
seaside heights boardwalk. Some notable companies he has done work with include Wawa, Chick-Fil-A,
Ziman Development, Callan & Moeller, JCM, Regency Development, Saker ShopRites, Circle K, Amazon,
and ACME.
