Ms. Marchi is one of our Project Managers with over twenty-five years of private development experience with projects varying from small, 2-lot subdivisions t o those with up to 260 units. Her expertise covers all aspects of civil/site development work, from feasibility studies and preliminary design to regulatory approvals, including preparation of conceptual site and subdivision layouts in compliance with local municipality and state regulations. Her expertise is essential for determining land development limitations for sites, design of stormwater management facilities and conveyance systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, design and applications for soil erosion and sediment control plan certification, and preparation of related flood hazard area control, sewer, water, and stormwater management reports.

Cecilia has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Sao Francisco and in Mathematics from FCL Plinio Augusto do Amaral, both in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
