He is responsible for taking projects from conceptual design to completion. He has experience in all aspects of civil design, calculations, reports, and project management, including projects for solar, civil, site plan, subdivision, survey, architectural, structural, electrical, fiber optic, wireless, and telecommunication engineering projects.

Pete has a high level of skill in all phases of civil design and computer-aided drafting with all AutoCAD releases 2000-2019, EaglePoint, Softdesk, Terramodel, Land Development Software & Civil 3D. He is proficient in field work including, building construction, electrical services, surveying, project stakeout and management, percolation and site inspections. Pete prepares HydroCAD and Hydraflow full drainage reports. He also provides knowledge in cost-effective solutions for Stormwater Regulation and Designs. He has provided testimony outlines for Planning Board and Technical Review meetings.

Pete is a graduate of Ocean County Technical School with a diploma in Architectural/Civil Design Technology. He also has certifications for multiple design software’s and continues to use technology to create economical designs for client projects.
