Mark has more than 35 years of diverse experience in the engineering and construction industries. His extensive experience provides him with an exceptional ability to identify potential problems for projects in advance of construction utilizing constructability and value engineering reviews which help to reduced construction costs and delays.
His engineering experience includes the preparation of plans and studies for a variety of site plans and subdivision projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. His experience includes initial site evaluations and/or feasibility studies to determine the suitability of a site from a regulatory and constructability perspective; the layout and design of a project with buildings, roads, driveways, storm water, sanitary sewer and other utilities; site grading and regulatory permitting from local, state, and county agencies.
Mark is a graduate of Lafayette College with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and attended New Jersey Institute of Technology for graduate degree courses in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering.
He routinely provides expert testimony before local planning and zoning boards and has served as the Engineer of Record and Planning/Zoning Board Engineer for various municipalities.
